Account & Registration

Registering a hari2luck account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your username, email address, Malaysia phone number and password. Verify your account via the OTP sent to your phone number or email, and your account will be activated immediately. No documents are required at this stage.

The minimum age to register and play at hari2luck is 18 years old. During registration you will need to confirm that you meet this age requirement. hari2luck conducts periodic age checks and any account found to be non-compliant will be closed immediately.

No. Each individual is only allowed one hari2luck account. Holding multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all related accounts being closed with balances forfeited. If you have issues with an existing account, please contact our customer support.

Log in to your account → click the profile icon → Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your desired new password and confirm it. Change your password regularly to keep your account secure.

Deposit

The minimum deposit at hari2luck is RM10. This makes hari2luck one of the platforms with the lowest deposit minimums in Malaysia, ideal for users who want to try without a large commitment. There is no set maximum deposit limit, though deposits above a certain amount may require additional verification.

hari2luck accepts a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia:

Deposits via DuitNow, FPX and e-wallets are processed in real time – funds will be credited to your hari2luck account within seconds after payment is confirmed. If your deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of payment for an immediate review.

hari2luck does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you deposit will be credited directly to your account. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for more details.
Withdrawal

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are usually completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals to a bank account via DuitNow take 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on bank processing times. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.

The minimum withdrawal at hari2luck is RM30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level – accounts that have completed KYC verification enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Contact customer support for more details about your account's withdrawal limits.

A withdrawal request may be rejected for several reasons:
  • KYC verification not yet completed for first withdrawal
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
  • Bank account details do not match the hari2luck account holder's name
  • Account requires additional security review

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required for your first withdrawal and any withdrawal exceeding certain limits. You will need to submit a copy of your valid ID card or passport. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering requirements are the total wagering amount you need to reach before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if your bonus is RM100 with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of RM1,000 in wagers before that bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds. Yes, you can choose to opt out of any bonus. Some players prefer to play without bonuses to avoid wagering requirements. If you have already received a bonus and wish to cancel it, contact customer support before placing any bets — once a bet is placed using bonus funds, the cancellation cannot be processed.
