Hari2luck is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of games including bingo, slots, live casino games, sports betting, and more to eligible users in Malaysia. The platform is operated by a registered company in compliance with applicable laws.

Processing time: Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets are processed in under 30 seconds. Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 5 minutes, while withdrawals to bank accounts take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on bank operating hours.

KYC Verification: Your first withdrawal and any withdrawal exceeding certain limits will require full identity verification (KYC), including a copy of your ID and a selfie. This process only needs to be completed once.

• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Cheating, manipulating, or colluding with other players to defraud the platform

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your real location in order to bypass geo-restrictions

Any user found violating the above prohibitions will face immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where criminal activity is involved.

Suspension by hari2luck: hari2luck reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Where suspension is due to a violation, account balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Closure by user: You may close your account at any time by contacting the hari2luck support team. Before closure, ensure all balances have been withdrawn. Once the account is closed, transaction history will be retained for the period required by law.

Self-exclusion: hari2luck provides self-exclusion tools for users who need help managing their gaming habits.
